The headline price.
If you do not know, that is itself worth knowing. Most vendors will not tell you.

Contact rates are the published ranges by distribution: around 65% exclusive, 25–35% shared, and 10–15% on aged data. They have fallen from roughly half in 2019, because the same consumer is now sold as fresh on four or five platforms.
Side by side
Same close rate, same time per call. The only thing that changes is how many other agents got there first.
Why the cheapest lead is rarely the cheapest policy. Aged data at six dollars looks unbeatable until you count the dials. Forty-two leads to write one policy is three and a half hours of your day, every time. If your time is worth anything at all, the cheap lead stops being cheap.
And why distribution matters more than price. A lead sold to nine agents is not a worse person. It is the same person, four calls later — and by then they have either bought from someone else or stopped picking up.
Run it with ten of ours
