This is what actually lands in your inbox

A real CoverageLink lead, with the personal details taken out and everything else left exactly as it was. No mock-up, no example we wrote ourselves.

Greyed-out blocks are where the consumer's details sit. Everything else is untouched.

Our intent score, explained

You saw 14/18 at the top of that email. Every lead we send carries a score, and it is there so you know which ones to ring first. Here is exactly how this one got to 14.

4
Urgency
Said they need coverage within 7 days. An external deadline — a closing date or a lender — scores the full 6.
4
Trigger
Cancelled or non-renewed. A premium increase scores 3. Somebody who says they are just comparing scores minus 4.
4
Readiness
Said yes, ready to switch. Maybe scores 1. Just researching scores minus 4.
2
Contact preference
Asked to be texted first. A call scores 4, email scores 1. It is their choice, not ours — and it changes contact rate more than anything else on this list.
14
HIGH INTENT
12–18 is high intent. 7–11 is warm. 0–6 is standard. A separate urgent flag fires only when somebody else set the deadline.

Why any of this matters

Capped at three agents

Two on commercial. Written into the routing rather than promised on a call — the system cannot assign a fourth. Most vendors sell the same consumer to eight or ten, which is why nobody picks up by the time you ring.

Generated the day you get it

We run our own advertising and our own quote forms. Nothing bought from a list, nothing aged, nothing resold. Roughly one in three leads from the big aggregators has something wrong with it — usually because the same person has been sold four times already.

The consent record is yours

When a TCPA claim gets filed it names the agency that made the call, not the vendor who sold the lead. So you hold the timestamp, the IP address, the exact wording and an independent certificate from the moment it arrives — rather than asking us to find it eighteen months later.

Detail you can quote from

Year built, roof age and material, wind mitigation, current carrier and premium band, renewal date, claims history. On commercial, payroll band and experience mod. Enough to quote on the first call rather than starting from a name and a number.

You set the terms

Your own ZIP codes, your own lines, your own working hours. A lead arriving outside your hours goes to another agent rather than sitting until Monday — so you are not paying for one you cannot work.

Work your first ten leads and don't write a single policy — we refund the pack.

Starter pack, within 60 days, one per agency. The only thing you are risking is your time.
